Hello Friends
I thought I would make a quick tag for Friends with Flair :) I created this background with Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade distress inks. I used two Unity Stamps on this tag one of these days I will use just one stamp :) I always like to mix and match my stamps. The butterfly stamp is called Dream Big and the background stamp is called Newspaper Posies. I used the orange and yellow ink for the background stamp just to add some more dimension to the water marks. Next I used Memento ink to stamp all the butterflies and the sentiment.
I added some ribbon and gemstones in the same colour scheme. Then a punched a tiny hole in the corner and added a silver butterfly charm :) I love how it turned out. I do not usually work with these colours but I wanted to do something a wee bit different to my pinks and blues :) I hope you enjoy my tag :)
Thanks for stopping by xox
P.S I am also doing a giveaway a huge grab bag of Unity Stamps if you want to enter visit the page HERE

ReplyDeleteAs a very pink usage person in my craft, home and clothes yellow is not a colour I generally work with either. Your tag is gorgeous ( I even have those inks as well ). Love the use of the two stamps and adding the butterfly charm off the bottom finishes the tag perfectly. Thank you for fluttering by #5. hugs Mrs A. (butterfly challenge).
