Things Fall Apart

 Hello Friends

I am on a butterfly roll this week :) I could not sleep last night so I made this card. I wanted to get it on my blog before I leave for Maine for some beach time :)  The stamps are from Unity the larger butterfly is from the Here Today. Here Tomorrow stamp set. The smaller butterflies are from A Friend Loveth stamp set. The sentiment is a single sentiment called Fall Together this stamp is actually on sale this weekend for only $0.69 super cheap if you want to buy it .

I water coloured the background a very light turquoise and then mounted it on to pink card then a white square card base. I then stamped lots of butterflies and water coloured them a light pink. Once they were dry I added pink glitter to all the butterflies and tiny turquoise gems. I then glued each butterfly only gluing the body to the card and pinching the wings. Finally I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card.

I hope you enjoy my card thanks for visiting xox

Oh I wanted to remind you I am doing a giveaway. A grab bag of Unity stamps if you want to enter head over to Here :)

Friends with Flair @ Unity

Here is my Unity Friends with Flair entry.  I used my Feel the Joy stamp and used the generation stamping technique with memento ink. I then sponged the background in purple and deep pink pigment ink.  I mounted it on to white card and added the Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom. It looked too plain so I added teeny weeny little butterflies from the butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.  P.S I ran out of daubers and all I could find was a magic eraser it did the trick as a makeshift sponge :)                                        If you want to take part hop along to Unity and enter  here I just had to make another card I just love this stamp I wish I had gotten it sooner it is so versatile. I think it may be my new favourite Unity Stamp :)                                                                           Thanks for visiting :)

Love You - Hot Pink

Happy Friday Friends :) I hope you all had a good week. Here is the card I made for this weeks friends with flair today.  I used two stamps on this card. The hearts are from the  You are my Main Squeeze stamp set. The sentiment is from the Strength & Dignity KOM 11/13 .  The vibrant pink colour is Picked Raspberry distress ink that I sponged all over the card. I embossed the hearts with white embossing powder. I really like he effect it created it looks almost like chalk.  Have a great weekend :)

Craft Stamper November Challenge

Hey Friends Welcome to a new  Craft Stamper  challenge for November. Can you believe we are almost at the end of the year already!!  Where did time go?? It has been pretty cold and frosty up here in Scotland for the last few nights.   But I am hanging on to Autumn as long as I can. I took a wee walk around the park and collected some lovely Autumn leaves.  I wanted to incorporate them into my project today.  I put the leaves in some paper and put them inside a heavy book overnight to press them down.  I started off with a white card base and used this sentiment stamp from Unity and repeat stamped all down the side of my card using Potting Soil Archival Ink. Then I went around the edges with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink.  Next I took my leaves and my paper punches and punched a heart shape out from the yellow leaf and then stuck it to my card with fabric glue.  Then I punched some hearts from the red leaves and put one inside t
