Giveaway! :)

Ok my lovely friends I am doing a giveaway :) I am cleaning out all my stamps to make room for new ones. I came across several grab bags that I had from Unity. So I decided to combine them and do a giveaway there are over 50 stamps in this lot a couple are duplicates.

All you have to do is leave me a comment on this page telling me your favourite colours to craft with. I will choose a random winner next week on Sat 19th April  :)

Thank for stopping by xox

  1. Favorite could would be blue, it seems to be my go to colour.

  2. I love all color, sometimes I'm in the mood for subtle, but I tend to gravitate toward, bright, vivid, primary colors like yellow, red, and orange, anything BRIGHT!

  3. Pink ,pink and more pink!! Just entering for fun as to send to UK would cost you the earth. Hugs Mrs A.

  4. My favorite color is purple, like LuLu Lavender or Hydrangea Purple...

  5. I seem to grab kraft for my projects a lot. I think because it works with most colors and is easy to stamp with. Thanks for the awesome giveaway Mandi. :)

  6. What a nice thing to do? I gravitate toward earthy, natural colors, beige, brown, green but then I like to go on a spree and I'll do pink and green for a couple days, etc.

  7. Favorite colors, toughie! I really like trendy-ish flat pastel colors, like mint and coral on kraft. So pretty, but I am also using a lot of bright pinks and purples right now for the spring. :)

  8. My favorite colors seem to change with the season. Right now, I'm using teals and peaches.

  9. I am currently going through a green phase right now. maybe thoughts of Spring and a lawn(?) sometime soon are inspiring me!

  10. My favorite colors to craft with are blues and browns.

Craft Stamper November Challenge

Hey Friends Welcome to a new  Craft Stamper  challenge for November. Can you believe we are almost at the end of the year already!!  Where did time go?? It has been pretty cold and frosty up here in Scotland for the last few nights.   But I am hanging on to Autumn as long as I can. I took a wee walk around the park and collected some lovely Autumn leaves.  I wanted to incorporate them into my project today.  I put the leaves in some paper and put them inside a heavy book overnight to press them down.  I started off with a white card base and used this sentiment stamp from Unity and repeat stamped all down the side of my card using Potting Soil Archival Ink. Then I went around the edges with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink.  Next I took my leaves and my paper punches and punched a heart shape out from the yellow leaf and then stuck it to my card with fabric glue.  Then I punched some hearts from the red leaves and put one inside t

Friends with Flair @ Unity

Here is my Unity Friends with Flair entry.  I used my Feel the Joy stamp and used the generation stamping technique with memento ink. I then sponged the background in purple and deep pink pigment ink.  I mounted it on to white card and added the Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom. It looked too plain so I added teeny weeny little butterflies from the butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.  P.S I ran out of daubers and all I could find was a magic eraser it did the trick as a makeshift sponge :)                                        If you want to take part hop along to Unity and enter  here I just had to make another card I just love this stamp I wish I had gotten it sooner it is so versatile. I think it may be my new favourite Unity Stamp :)                                                                           Thanks for visiting :)

Unity & Misti Blog Hop

Hello My lovelies :) Welcome to the Unity and Misti blog hop! I  hope you are enjoying seeing all of the projects so far. I just had my first wee play with the Misti tool the other day. It is a very new to me tool and wow do I LOVE it!! It is awesome! Just for the simplest of things like positioning a stamp.  One time is all you need with the Misti!! I am not one of those crafters that gets my stamped images crisp first time. I usually have wasted a card or two before I end up with a perfect image. This tool totally eliminates all of that.  Here is my very first card that I made with the Misti tool and Unity stamps.  I used a stamp called  Scattered Pieces . I LOVE this stamp and the sentiments that come with it.  I positioned the feather and the sentiment at the same time on the Misti.  I totally love that you can do that too!  It lets you stamp several at once instead of just eye balling it and hoping it works out!
