Unity & Misti Blog Hop

Hello My lovelies :) Welcome to the Unity and Misti blog hop! I  hope you are enjoying seeing all of the projects so far. I just had my first wee play with the Misti tool the other day. It is a very new to me tool and wow do I LOVE it!! It is awesome! Just for the simplest of things like positioning a stamp.  One time is all you need with the Misti!! Hello my lovelies!! Happy Valentine's Day - Craft Stamper Inspiration

Hello my friends happy Valentine's Day!  I made this stamped jar for my inspiration project for the  Craft Stamper Challenge today.  This is my husband's old coffee jar that was heading to the recycling bin. I always like to save them and make something with them.  I gave it a couple of coats of white chalk paint and let it air dry. Next I stamped it with memento ink.  The stamp I used is from Unity called  Smooches and Stuff  by Phyllis Harris.  I just love all of her art work. I let that completely dry then used my alcohol markers to colour it.  While I was at the craft store I found this nice heart kraft ribbon in the Valentine section.  I tied it around the top to finish.  I love the way it turned out.
