August Craft Stamper - Stencils



Hello Friends

It is August!! It is time for a new Craft Stamper challenge

This month our theme is take a technique - Stencils.

We want to see you using stencils anywhere on your project.  

I used  the hearts and stars from the Confetti stencil with some glitter embossing powder. 

The stamp I used is one of  of the collection of whimsy girls designed by Trish Latimer.

 You can find her stamps here. I love all of her girls they are so unique. 

Now on to our prize for this month. 

We have a collection of stencils from the lovely GioCraft

Gio has created her own line of stencils.

One person will be randomly chosen  from all of the entries for this great prize!

Our second prize will be chosen by the DT.

 The lucky winner will be featured in the Craft Stamper magazine.

 I can't wait to see what you come up with this month.

Friends with Flair @ Unity

Here is my Unity Friends with Flair entry.  I used my Feel the Joy stamp and used the generation stamping technique with memento ink. I then sponged the background in purple and deep pink pigment ink.  I mounted it on to white card and added the Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom. It looked too plain so I added teeny weeny little butterflies from the butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.  P.S I ran out of daubers and all I could find was a magic eraser it did the trick as a makeshift sponge :)                                        If you want to take part hop along to Unity and enter  here I just had to make another card I just love this stamp I wish I had gotten it sooner it is so versatile. Love You - Hot Pink

Happy Friday Friends :) I hope you all had a good week. Here is the card I made for this weeks friends with flair today.  I used two stamps on this card. The hearts are from the  You are my Main Squeeze stamp set. The sentiment is from the Strength & Dignity KOM 11/13 .  The vibrant pink colour is Picked Raspberry distress ink that I sponged all over the card. I embossed the hearts with white embossing powder. I really like he effect it created it looks almost like chalk.  Have a great weekend :)

Craft Stamper May Challenge

Hello Friends! I hope everyone is doing ok during this crazy time.  I just wanted to remind you that we are still running the Craft Stamper Challenges.  The May challenge is well underway but you still have time to come and join in.  Here is my card I made for this month's project.  I made this clean and simple floral card with Unity stamps.  I used two different kits to create this card. The jar with the flowers is from the  Strength & Wisdom  stamp set and the sentiment is from the kit called  His Words .  I kept my card really clean and just used my watercolors to colour the flowers and jar then tied a little twine around it to finish it off.
