Wind on My Face



Hello Friends 

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend! 
I had a wee crafty play around on my desk yesterday just for fun and made this card!
I have a ton of stamps that I have not used yet and this is one of them. 
If you know me you know how much I LOVE Phyllis Harris Stamps. 
This is one of them it is called Life's an Adventure. How lovely is she?? 

I used my Derwent Inktense Watercolour Pencils to colour her.
I pulled some of the colours from the Unity photo inspiration challenge on facebook.
I wanted the swing as the focal point.
 So I actually  fussy cut her out and replaced the stamp swing rope with real twine. 
I did a very light watercolour wash as a background. 
The sentiment I used is from another Phyllis Stamp set my favorite called Your Wings Exist. 

I love the way it turned out :)

    This is totally awesome! I love the light inking and the coloring of this sweet image, the jute and sentiment blends perfectly with the message it conveys. Unity Hop

Unity Hop
