Hello Friends  I got some lovely new Unity Stamp in the mail this week. So I just had to have a wee play with them  :)  I made this card today all coloured using my peerless watercolours!  I have not used these paints in so long and I forgot the lovely soft look you get from them.  This girl is totally adorable the stamp is called  God's Sight .   I love the sentiment that comes with it also.   Just beautiful!!   The colours I chose are from the Unity colour challenge on facebook teal and grey. Hello Friends  Hope you are all having a lovely weekend!  I had a wee crafty play around on my desk yesterday just for fun and made this card! I have a ton of stamps that I have not used yet and this is one of them.  If you know me you know how much I LOVE Phyllis Harris Stamps.  This is one of them it is called  Life's an Adventure . How lovely is she??  I used my Derwent Inktense Watercolour Pencils to colour her. I pulled some of the colours from the Unity photo inspiration challenge on facebook. I wanted the swing as the focal point.  So I actually  fussy cut her out and replaced the stamp swing rope with real twine.  I did a very light watercolour wash as a background.  The sentiment I used is from another Phyllis Stamp set my favorite called  Your Wings Exist .  I love the way it turned out :)  Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!  Mandi xox Adding my card to ...

Hello Friends Welcome to April and to another new challenge from the Craft Stamper Blog .  This month our challenge is Take a Technique which is Spring Flowers.  We want to see you using flowers on your project this month.  That should be easy right??  I went with this bold Poppies  stamp from Unity.  The sentiment is also from Unity and comes from the  Worth It All  sentiment kit.  I used my Brusho's to create the background and colour the flower.  I love these two colours turquoise and alizarin crimson, they  compliment each other so well.  I also used the crimson brusho to colour my seam binding ribbon to match my card.
