My Foxy Valentine

Hello Friends

I am back with another card! Now that Valentine's day is over I can finally post the card that I made for my husband last week. He loves animals and foxes in particular so he loved this card!!! He said he had no idea fox stamps even existed he was pretty impressed ha!

I went with very non Valentine's day colours as you can see. I wanted to keep it looking quite earthy since we are dealing with cute little foxes after all and they do live in the wild :)

I love these wee foxes they are soo cute!! They come from the Unity Warmth of Winter KOM and the sentiment is from My Foxy Valentine stamp set. I thought they went really well together. I got the idea for this card a few weeks ago when I purchased a crafting magazine and I got these cute foxy papers inside. They worked really with the stamps and all of the different elements of the card came together nicely.

Unity & Misti Blog Hop

Hello My lovelies :) Welcome to the Unity and Misti blog hop! I hope you are enjoying seeing all of the projects so far. I just had my first wee play with the Misti tool the other day. It is a very new to me tool and wow do I LOVE it!! It is awesome! Just for the simplest of things like positioning a stamp. One time is all you need with the Misti!! Happy Valentine's Day - Craft Stamper Inspiration

Hello my friends happy Valentine's Day! I made this stamped jar for my inspiration project for the Craft Stamper Challenge today. This is my husband's old coffee jar that was heading to the recycling bin. I always like to save them and make something with them. I gave it a couple of coats of white chalk paint and let it air dry. Next I stamped it with memento ink. The stamp I used is from Unity called Smooches and Stuff by Phyllis Harris. I just love all of her art work. I let that completely dry then used my alcohol markers to colour it. While I was at the craft store I found this nice heart kraft ribbon in the Valentine section.
