Hello October

Hello my friends!

Welcome to another Craft Stamper Challenge.
October it is one of my favourite months.
I love the change is season of the cool crisp air and falling leaves.
I used two different stamp sets to create my  Kraft card.
These stamps are from the lovely Leisa Zgharda.
I created the sentiment with the Alphabet Stamp Set and the foliage around
the edge is made with the Fall Bouquet Stamp Set.
I then used my Prismacolor pencils to colour.
This is one of my favourite quotes from the book Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery.
I really loved working with these stamps as they are so versatile.

We have  amazing prizes up for grabs as usual this time we have this fab mould bundle.
As well as the chance to get your project published in the magazine.

You can make anything you want as long as you use rubber stamps on your project.
All of the information can be found on the Craft Stamper Challenge blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.

Friends with Flair @ Unity

Here is my Unity Friends with Flair entry.  I used my Feel the Joy stamp and used the generation stamping technique with memento ink. I then sponged the background in purple and deep pink pigment ink.  I mounted it on to white card and added the Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom. It looked too plain so I added teeny weeny little butterflies from the butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.  P.S I ran out of daubers and all I could find was a magic eraser it did the trick as a makeshift sponge :)                                        If you want to take part hop along to Unity and enter  here I just had to make another card I just love this stamp I wish I had gotten it sooner it is so versatile. I think it may be my new favourite Unity Stamp :)                                                                           Thanks for visiting :)

It has been pretty cold and frosty up here in Scotland for the last few nights.   But I am hanging on to Autumn as long as I can. I took a wee walk around the park and collected some lovely Autumn leaves.  I wanted to incorporate them into my project today.  I put the leaves in some paper and put them inside a heavy book overnight to press them down.  I started off with a white card base and used this sentiment stamp from Unity and repeat stamped all down the side of my card using Potting Soil Archival Ink. Then I went around the edges with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink.  Next I took my leaves and my paper punches and punched a heart shape out from the yellow leaf and then stuck it to my card with fabric glue.  Then I punched some hearts from the red leaves and put one inside t
