Remembering those who fought and continue to fight for our freedom today. I made this cross card with poppies on it. I was inspired by the poem Flanders Fields.
Flanders Fields
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
