Itty Bitty Challenge Day 2 - Puppy

Hello Friends

I wanted to take part in the Unity Itty Bitty a day challenge on Facebook this week. It came at such bad time all my stuff is packed away I just moved house! But I managed to find 3 Itty Bitties and some ink last night but no card :(. This morning it was like a treasure hunt in my living room lol  I found tags and a box scrap paper and ribbon. So I decided to do some paper piecing to this lil puppy. How cute is he?? I just got my google eyes yesterday from the dollar store so I added them too. The spotty paper and ribbon is from Recollections at Michaels. The stamp is called Puppy Ruff I just love it.

I coloured his wee nose pink I wanted to pretty much keep it black and white with just a touch of colour in there.

Thanks so much for stopping by

Friends with Flair @ Unity

Here is my Unity Friends with Flair entry.  I used my Feel the Joy stamp and used the generation stamping technique with memento ink. I then sponged the background in purple and deep pink pigment ink.  I mounted it on to white card and added the Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom. It looked too plain so I added teeny weeny little butterflies from the butterfly punch from Martha Stewart.  P.S I ran out of daubers and all I could find was a magic eraser it did the trick as a makeshift sponge :)                                        If you want to take part hop along to Unity and enter  here I just had to make another card I just love this stamp I wish I had gotten it sooner it is so versatile. I think it may be my new favourite Unity Stamp :)                                                                           Thanks for visiting :)

Love You - Hot Pink

Happy Friday Friends :) I hope you all had a good week. Here is the card I made for this weeks friends with flair today.  I used two stamps on this card. The hearts are from the  You are my Main Squeeze stamp set. The sentiment is from the Strength & Dignity KOM 11/13 .  The vibrant pink colour is Picked Raspberry distress ink that I sponged all over the card. I embossed the hearts with white embossing powder. I really like he effect it created it looks almost like chalk.  Have a great weekend :)

It has been pretty cold and frosty up here in Scotland for the last few nights.   But I am hanging on to Autumn as long as I can. I took a wee walk around the park and collected some lovely Autumn leaves.  I wanted to incorporate them into my project today.  I put the leaves in some paper and put them inside a heavy book overnight to press them down.  I started off with a white card base and used this sentiment stamp from Unity and repeat stamped all down the side of my card using Potting Soil Archival Ink. Then I went around the edges with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink.  Next I took my leaves and my paper punches and punched a heart shape out from the yellow leaf and then stuck it to my card with fabric glue.  Then I punched some hearts from the red leaves and put one inside t
